As part of the NSW government's plans for the ongoing maintenance and upgrade to public infrastructure, transport for NSW commissioned the construction of a new east-west motorway between the M7 motorway and the northern road. This motorway will serve as a major access route to the western sydney airport and connect to sydney's existing motorway network. these works form part of the NSW government's western sydney infrastructure plan. The program seeks to deliver significant travel time reductions and increased travel time reliability to road users. Banarang is contributing to this project through traffic control and management services including provisioning of traffic management plans, supply of skilled personnel to direct critical traffic flow and maintain road safety for users and the community
